Mindfulness – Buddha introduced his game-changing technique for stilling the mind and finding inner peace some 2500 years ago.

Neuroscience – Dr Lisa Feldman Barrett’s ground-breaking theories based on her unique understanding of current developments in neuroscience help us to understand both how our anxious brains can react to the world around us and how we can change our patterns of behaviour.

Polyvagal Theory – Dr Stephen Porges’ work on polyvagal theory has offered us a modern model that helps us understand the link between our bodies’ central nervous system and our minds. He teaches us how to regulate the body with practical science-based techniques.

Somatic Regulation Techniques – Dr Peter Levine developed ‘Somatic Experiencing’, in the 1980’s, a form of psychotherapy that deals specifically with trauma and panic. It offers specific, time-limited techniques for working through trauma and panic efficiently.
